Strategy capstone  Spring, 2026, Rutgers Business School

  • Innovated the curriculum through the integration of AI tools, self-coded simulations, and systematically designed in-class engagement strategies, including roster-based participation (lucky draw wheel), dynamic group interaction exercises (passing the parcel), cognitive attention games (skipping seven), and professionally implemented Kahoot! sessions.

Entrepreneurship  Fall, 2021 and Spring, 2021, University of Washington

  • Taught during the most challenging times of the pandemic—the last virtual class during the pandemic and the first in-person class afterward.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation  Winter, 2024, University of Washington

  • First Ph.D. candidate selected as the lead instructor to design and teach the Foster School of Business's largest core course, serving 260 business minors from the entire University of Washington.

  • Innovated the curriculum with generative AI tools for video editing, weekly reflections with every student, and speed-dating style presentations.

  • Student Best practice 1: “Free Rice.” Within two hours, this group used a trivia website to secure donations totaling 450,000 grains of rice, equating to about 64 cups of rice, enough to provide approximately 128 children's servings.

  • Student Best practice 2: “Raffling Unused Items.” Within two hours, this group raised $81 by raffling off their personal, unused items on campus and donated all proceeds to Seattle Humane.

  • Student Best practice 3: “Husky Chef.” This group created an Instagram account to assist students in preparing easy, budget-friendly meals at home. In two hours, their posts garnered 1,205 views, attracted 23 followers, received 154 votes on polls, and reached 86 accounts.
