WEI XIA

Wei Xia is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School. He received his PhD in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington. He has publications in Administrative Science Quarterly and the Journal of Business Venturing. Wei’s teaching has earned him the Star Teacher Award for AI-enhanced teaching excellence. Prior to entering the PhD program, he founded a strategy consulting firm that advised Chinese startups on IPOs and M&As.
